Historic Pittsford Annual Meeting 2023

Enjoy light snacks and cold drinks on the lawn of the historic Hartwell - Carver House, 41 Monroe Avenue in the Village. Following a short business meeting at 3:30, you'll have an opportunity to learn the history of the house and tour the gardens. Our hosts are homeowners Carolina Torres and Karl Fleischmann.

Park in the Village lots or on side streets. Lincoln, Washington or Sutherland are good possibilities. A drop off zone will be available in the driveway. No parking available onsite. 

Bring your lawn chair, and perhaps an umbrella, in case of light rain. If the event needs to be cancelled because of inclement weather, we will notify registered attendees by email.

If you have received this invitation and have not yet renewed your membership for 2023-24, you may renew online here or you may renew at the annual meeting with a check or the exact dollar amount.
